I have two children, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., and live in Texas. The mother leaves her friend to spank our children. Since I dealt with both and let them know what they are very angry ad ambiguous. But to do this also. I have contacted CPS and they told me repeatedly that if no marks or bruises on the body, they can do nothing.
Please advice.
